(Hendersonville, NC, 10/17/07) — Guided Historical Neighborhood Stroll On Thursday, November 1, a guided walk will be held in the Hyman Heights neighborhood at 10 am. Starting point will be the Patton Park entrance, off Asheville Highway 25. Park near the 1/2 mile walking trail and basketball courts. Aimed at senior citizens, but open to everyone, we invite you to come enjoy some healthy exercise and a guided tour of this beautiful and historically significant neighborhood by long time local residents and dedicated walkers Joe Poole and Gary Eblen. The walk is approximately 1.8 miles, and should take about 1 and 1/2 hours. Canceled in the event of rain.

This walk is one of a series of monthly walks in the Hendersonville community co-sponsored by ECO, Walk Wise, Drive Smart and Diamond Brand Outfitters.
